Childline gives you advice about almost anything you can think of, including school, friends, family, and being safe both online and in real life. You can also call their helpline on 0800 1111 or talk to a counsellor online if something is worrying or upsetting you.

Young Minds explains about mental health and emotional problems. You can also call them on 020 7089 5050 if you need help or someone to talk to.

YoungMinds Textline offers you free, 24/7 support by text. If you need someone to talk to about how you’re feeling, text YM to 85258.

Kooth is a site where you can talk about your problems and get help from real professionals who have lots of experience of working with children and young people.
